How far in advance should I contact you?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you know a liquidation is necessary. Ideally, 4-8 weeks notice allows for optimal planning, research and marketing time, though sometimes we can often accommodate tighter timelines.
+
How are items priced?
Pricing is done by our licensed appraisers and is based on extensive market research, recent comparable sales, and current collector demand. For specialty assets or fine art, we utilize our vast knowledge, expertise, and apprasier to determine accurate values.
+
Do you handle everything during the sale?
Absolutely. We manage staffing, crowd control, payment processing, and wrapping for sold items. You don't even need to be present—we handle the entire event from opening to close.
+
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to organize the house before you arrive?
No. We ask that you only remove items you intend to keep. Our professional team handles all organization, cleaning, and staging to ensure items are displayed meaningfully for the sale. Open a cabinet, take what you want, and close it. Leave the rest for us.
+
Do you handle high-value items?
Yes. We have specialized knowledge in high-value collections, fine antiques, and luxury assets. We ensure these items receive appropriate security and targeted marketing to reach serious buyers.
+
What happens after the estate sale?
Following the sale, we provide a complete final accounting and reconciliation. We can also coordinate the removal of remaining items through donation or clean-out services to leave the property ready for its next phase. When we leave after the sale, the house is swept, vacuumed, and left empty until a plan is created for the remaining items. There is usually very minimal left over.
